Masters know and practice the understanding which states that anything expelled by the master or students human form which constitutes harmful or interfering vibrations such as; thoughts, emotions, mental activity, speech, and actions need to be transmuted to postive clean fresh energy.

For example: During the release of negative feelings about someone in your past during your meditation. Mindfully invoke that this negative feeling be transmuted into clean fresh energy and visualize it being done. (It is not enough just to say it, you must use your mind to picture this happening. The third stage is to also feel the emanation of what would be called the broadcasting of constant blessings.) Thus the traditional name of Emanation of White Clouds.

Mindfully invoke and mindfully see that you are emanating white clouds. This will help you to be aware when you are having emotional vibrations which would not be good for you or anyone else. When you become aware of these undesirable emotional vibrations, do not judge or berate yourself, simply transmute them right away using the above technique.

I suggest that when you start to react to something (whether it is thinking, speaking, etc.) stop, review, transmute and then proactively use an action (if the situation calls for action.)

Divine and Infinite Wisdom, I invoke your divine energy to flow and permeate every cell of my being. I invoke your divine and powerful energy be given right thinking and right actions. Also continue this flow of divine energy until I ask you to stop. I invoke All energy sent to me be converted to positive and beneficial energy for myself at all levels and let Gods divine and powerful energy flow endlessly through me -- let this be my most powerful and loving shield. Place your shield of protections upon me and protect me from all harmful thought forms, and or any possessing or interfering forms at any level. It is my request that your sacred shield continue to protect me during my sleep time so that I may utilize this time to directly connect myself with your divine guidance and love.
