Fee Policy
The fee for all classes, programs, workshops and lectures is 70% of the total amount of the program fees collected, with 30% of the program fees collected being retained by the sponsor. Payment is due on the 1st day of the lecture. Payment can be made in cash, check or money order payable to MSI (Mystical Sciences Institute.)

Sponsor and Staff Class Fee Discount
Sponsors and staff receive a 20% discount on class fee. Maximum of five people are eligible for staff class reduction.

Sponsor Policy
A Sponsor is an individual or group of individuals who wish to bring Billie Topa Tate to their location for the purpose of Billie to facilitate one of her classes, programs or workshops.

Responsibilities of the Sponsor:
Workshop Promotion and Organization
The sponsor is accountable for all workshop organizing and promotional activities such as: mail distribution, local advertisement, promotional materials, and any correspondence related to the class.

Class Site Policy
The class site must be professional, clean, free from substantial noises and disturbances. Appropriate lighting and ventilation is required. Larger venues should have an adequate quality p.a. system and a microphone should be provided. The sponsor is responsible for the payment and related expenses for all class needs such as the lecture space and any snacks related to this process. The sponsor is also responsible for providing one standard size banquet table to be used for the sale of Billie's tapes.

Flight and Hotel Accomodation Policy
The sponsor is responsible for the reimbursement of Billie's airfare to the airport nearest to the lecture facility payable on or before the first day of the lecture. Her hotel accomodations are the responsibility of MSI.

Recording Policy
No unauthorized recordings are permitted during any of the classes, workshops, programs or lectures.

Tape Sales
Tapes of all of Billie's previous lectures are available on cassette shall be available for sale at the event. A standard size banquet table is required. MSI will provide the audio visual crew and equipment to record the classes, programs, workshops or lectures at your location. These recordings will be made available for sale at a later date.

Facilitator (Billie Topa Tate) Policy

Responsibilities of MSI:
Press Package
MSI will provide a press package to the sponsor consisting of Billie's bio, flyers for the class, program and/or workshops. The press packet documents will be emailed to the sponsors for reproduction and distributition.

Audio Visual Crew
MSI will provide the audio visual crew and equipment to record the classes, programs, workshops and lectures. The flight and hotel accomodations for this crew will be the responsibility of MSI.
