Billie Topa Tate' is the founder of MSI (Mystical Sciences Institute) an educational institute dedicated to presenting sacred principles, doctrines, and teachings of many ancient wisdom systems from around the world, creating synthesis through harmony of many lineages.

These teachings encompass a very deep and reverent understanding of the ancient mysteries. From this deep understanding as a base, and her clairvoyance as a constant guide, Billie has integrated the ancient mysteries with modern western medical knowledge. Billie has received significant initiations and empowerments from her teachers as part of her life's purpose to facilitate the distribution and application of these sacred wisdoms

Billie is a traditional Native American healer and teacher of Mescalero Apache descent, trained and educated by numerous family Elders and extended family members. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and licensed therapeutic massage therapist - LMT, and National Certification TM, AMTA-NCMT. She has received both Pranic and Advanced Pranic Healer training and is currently attending the British Institute of Homeopathy Diploma Course. She is also a graduate of the Chicago School of Feng Shui.

A frequent lecturer for many organizations and institutions around the world, Billie is an acknowledged expert in the use of many ancient disciplines. Her deep understanding and practice of these disciplines is exceptional and unique within western societies. She has created and recorded several healing meditations on available on CD including The Loving Kindness Meditation, The Breathing Meditation and the soon to be released Etheric Enrichment designed to cleanse your home or office of negative thought forms.

Billie has also written articles for numerous institutions including the Power of Thought School, has been interviewed by the BBC and by most of the local Chicago news stations, and has consulted on countless television and movie projects. She maintains a successful healing practice at the Miro Center for Integrative Medicines in Evanston Illinois.
