Sedona Adventures For The Senses and Soul

Oak Creek Crossing-There is one tremendous overlook spot at about the halfway point, and some man made bridges in some of the steepest sections. Once up on top you are treated to some spectacular high desert scenery. The way down, whichever way you choose is sure to thrill you and get the adrenaline flowing. Before you actually reach the trail, you'll pass the ruins of an abandoned lodge. Look for a walking stick at the beginning; it's become a tradition to leave your stick there after you finish hiking.

Shnebly Hill-A lesson in time, an opportunity to explore the geological and cultural history of the Technicolor landscape. Schnebly Hill formation can be seen weathering into magnificent columns and buttes that make the area famous for its spectacular scenery

Boynton Canyon-An easy walk along a wooded canyon floor leads to a scramble and wonderful views of red rock cliffs and distant mesas. High sandstone cliffs once inhabited by the Sinagua dominate it, and remains of their ancient dwellings are still concealed in the cliff walls. But the highpoint comes at the trail end: a simply stunning view back over the canyon.

Sacred Drumming-The focus is on creating sacred space, invoking the powers of creation, journeying, initiating change through intent, healing rhythms and the universal rhythmic that come into play whenever we drum. The benefits include relaxation, healing, greater mental clarity, enhanced creativity, deeper self-awareness, feelings of peacefulness, timelessness, and spiritual well-being are common along with a oneness of feeling and purpose with the totality of a dynamic, interrelated universe. Native drumming at the red rock mountains.

Sacred Medicine Wheel Ceremony- Wheel Ceremony Aligning Ourselves with Universal Forms of Creation using focus, intention, prayer and sound healing. Medicine circle, we create a magnetic attraction which concentrates and consecrates the natural energies for the highest benefit of each participant and Mother Earth.
