| The sounds
Om, Ah and Hum are individual Sanskrit seed syllables.
Used together in a chant, these are very powerful sounds that are
universal and archetypal. Anyone can benefit from using them.
Om
is defined as "the sound of the Universe." It brings
peace, bliss, clarity, firmness, courage, stability and strength.
Ah
brings energy, openness, expansion and empowerment.
Hum
is brings expansiveness, infinity, essence and oneness.
You can use
these syllables in a chant in order to clean the energy centers.
Simply focus on each energy center and gently sing Om, Ah, Hum."through"
that center. Sing through each center three times each, ex. Om,
Ah, Hum through the Crown center three times, then moving down
to the Ajna, etc.
You do not have to be in a state of meditation to do this, you
can do it at any time, for example when you are doing chores around
the house, etc.
The biggest
benefit of this technique is feeling more balance, mental, emotional
and physical.
